South Olive Bible Camp

Bible Camp

South Olive Bible Camp is one of the most exciting ministries of South Olive Christian Reformed Church, drawing kids from both the church and the wider community for a life-changing week each summer. Held at CranHill Ranch, the camp gives students a chance to dive into God’s Word through Bible study, dynamic speakers, and Christ-centered worship—all in an atmosphere filled with adventure and joy. It’s a week kids anticipate all year long, where faith deepens, friendships form, and the love of Jesus becomes vivid and real.

The fun is nonstop from morning to night. Campers enjoy canoeing on the lake, gathering around campfires, competing in sports, flying down the zip line, spending time at the beach, and taking part in countless other outdoor activities. These shared adventures create an unforgettable environment where kids feel safe, supported, and ready to grow. Every activity is designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork, and make space for meaningful conversations about faith.

South Olive Bible Camp runs two back-to-back sessions each June to meet students right where they are. SonQuest is designed for campers entering grades 3–6, giving younger kids an energetic, fun-filled introduction to camp life and discipleship. Summit is geared toward students entering grades 7–10, offering deeper teaching, more challenging activities, and opportunities for older youth to take hold of their faith in a fresh way. Together, these sessions make South Olive Bible Camp a powerful, joy-filled ministry where kids encounter Jesus, build lasting friendships, and create memories that stay with them for years to come.
